Procedure for complaints
What’s the procedure for complaints? We welcome any comments about our service, and depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing.
Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our customer services team and state that you are making a complaint. email@example.com
Alternatively, call us on 0800 622 6015 and say that you wish to make a complaint.
We will wherever possible respond within 3 working day, either resolving the complaint, or with a time scale for resolution. Our aim is to fully resolve complaints within 10 working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you should contact us again and ask for the issue to be dealt with by the Customer Services Manager. They will respond within 48 hours.
